Why you should consider using US States as negative keywords:
If you’re running ads for an orthodontist in Cleveland, Ohio, you don’t want your ads to show when someone in Cleveland searches for “Atlanta Orthodontist”.
Review the list closely before applying.
Watch out for short keywords like “ME” or “IN” as these could be tucked within phrases that you would like to trigger ads in PPC campaigns.
